Amid much cooler weather than that was experienced during the week Royal Yea had forty golfers contest a stableford event on Saturday. Winning with 38 points was a past member Michael Willis(16) who was visiting us from Alice Springs. Second was Lady Captain Jan Wealands(32) with 36 points on CB from third Neil Peterson(17). Fourth on CB with 35 points was Gareth Antrobus(40) from Kevin Coghlan(24) fifth. Also on 35 points were Cindy Armstrong(28) and Oakley Ness(22).
Rick Wills was NTP on the 18th and John Tanner was the lucky $10 Club Award winner. Wednesday Nre Years Day and next Saturday will both be Mixed Stableford competitions.
