The winning streak continues with the girls from Yea! Seven girls meandered up the road to the Alexandra Golf Club today to try their luck. Another day of Fog to start the day. The Positive for the day truthfully one can say they hit their ball out of sight on numerous occasions. Needed the windscreen wipers on the glasses that’s for sure. But come later in the day you could not wish for a better day the sun warming the soul. Shame about the golf for many but sure was an awesome day in the end. Judging by the scores it was a tough day at the office but, obviously those attuned to the climate it wasn’t a problem.
Two girls shined today one being the Birthday girl Di Holdsworth she was having a joyous day out to celebrate her birthday wining B Grade Nett gaining two player of the year points plus a win in the small teams and to top it off one of the prizes in the raffle. Winners are grinners. Happy Birthday Di and congratulations on a fabulous day out no doubt you will be continuing the celebrations tonight.
Our next shining star Jan Wealands winning C Grade scratch, one of the NTP , 3 player of the year points and of course a raffle prize and just because she was sitting on the winning table Di Elliott also claimed a raffle prize Well Done Girls an awesome day out!!!!
