With golf played in wet conditions under foot, John Tanner with a par score of -3 was the best of eleven players on Wednesday. Ray Partridge – 4 was second on CB from Neil Peterson. Playing on the White Course, players needed to score +2 in order to play to their handicaps. Ivor Brayley won the Club Award in a keenly fought battle which wasn’t finalised until several players true handicaps were disclosed in the club rooms!
