Due to the wet conditions the previous Saturday the first round of the 54 Hole Event was postponed to Saturday where 18 players contested the stableford round. Although a bit cold and misty to start by noon the sun broke through making for an enjoyable day on the course.
Winner of the day with an excellent 38 points was Michael Spagnolo(8) from second Murray Ness(33) with 36, Gary Pollard(14) 33 and Jono Ness(13) also 33. Mic was NTP on the 2nd and Oakley Ness won the lucky $10 Club Award winner.
