The Gender Challenge is going strong with only 50 points separating the two teams. The weather although not hot, is dry and breezy. Greens, tees and most fairways are holding up well but we could do with some rain shortly. Third with nett 70 was Penny Britton(30) with Mick Sheather(24) and Judi Newman(38) next on CB from 5 people on nett 71. The boys won the nett team average – 74.6 to 76.0.

NTP’s on the 10th were Russ Wealands for the men and Meryl Connell for the ladies. Putting was won by Neil Peterson with 27 putts and Sharon Grogan with 30 for the ladies. John Renehan again won the Club Award. Total points after Rd 6 are Men 280 to the Ladies 230. Next week the challenge will continue with an Ambrose Event – 2 Person.
