Wednesday saw the scheduled trip to Warburton GC by twelve men be postponed at the last minute due to the overnight and predicted rain in Warby. There were some men still playing at Yea and due to the washout their numbers increased for a stableford round at Yea. No rain was recorded at Yea but it did get cold at times. Winner with 38 points was Jeff Aurisch(17) from second Anthony Coleman(4) on 34 on CB from Brian Simmons(11) third. NTP on the second was Alan Pell and Greg Clements won the Club Award.
Our Mens Pennant team is in the final this Sunday at Euroa, starting time 8:30am. The team is Rick Wills, Neil Peterson, Greg Clements, John Phillips and Tom White. They are playing Eildon in the final. Good luck to the boys!!
Yea will now play at Warburton GC on Wednesday the 17th May. Looking for 1,2 or 3 more players if possible as we have 13 guys going at the moment.
