Wednesday highlight was the hole in one by Brian Simmons in the Irish Stableford competition on the 18th hole. The ace enabled Brian(10) and Bob Glenister(10) to win the event with 58 points. Second pairing were Martin Lowe(17) and Brian with 57 points.
Irish Stableford sees each pair play their better score on the front nine while on the back nine both scores count. Third place pairing of Steve Rumney(24) and Jonathan Fisher(15) finished with 55 points. Individual winner was Peter Johnson(16) with 37 from Jonathan Fisher and Bob Glenister both on 36. There were 15 men participating.
NTP on the 2nd was Michael Spagnolo and the lucky Club Award $10 went to Norm McCallum and Mic Sheather.
