Wednesday saw the men play a stroke and putting competition with a bbq afterwards. Winner with a nett 71(10) was the bbq organiser and head chef Bob Glenister. Second was Ken Whitfort with a nett 72(6) from visitor David Sandford(27) from Sydney with 73. Fourth on CB was Mic Sheather from Bill Dredge(19) with 74 each. Ken was NTP on the 14th and Norm McCallum won the Club Award.
Thursday saw 41 Vets at Royal Yea in the first competition since the return to golf after lockdown. Best of the Yealiens was Russell Wealands winning B Grade with 32 stableford points. Barry Archbald from Kilmore won A Grade with 34 points. There were many accolades from participants on the great condition of the course. Many thanks to the Ladies who provided lunch and the men who collated results and worked the bar.
