Both Men’s and Mixed Foursomes were decided on Saturday’ plus there was also a stableford competition for those members not in foursomes. The course was in excellent condition and reflects the tireless efforts of our many volunteers.
Winners of the Men’s Foursomes were Phil Armstrong and Steve Rumney with a nett 71. Scratch Winners with 83 off the stick were Jonathon Fisher and Lachlan Wischer. In the Mixed Event Brian And Christine Simmons with a nett 69 and 86 off the stick were the handicap and scratch winners.
In the stableford event Cindy Armstrong with 36 points won from Michael Spagnolo 34 points second. There was no NTP on the 18th and Mic Sheather and Robert O’Halloran were the Club Award winners. Next Saturday sees the Annual Jack Baynes Canadian Foursomes day. There will also be a stableford event for those not in foursomes.
