On a lovely sunny day for golf, the Ladies showed the fellas how to play the Par 3 event at Royal Yea. Securing 80 of the 85 points available the girls are within striking distance with one week to go.
Winner of the day was Sue Aurisch(27) with 46 stableford points earning her team 25 gender points. Second was Penny Britton(36) with 44 points from third, new player Jenny Price(44) with 43. Fourth was Vicky Butler(29) with 42 points from fifth Bill Dredge(14) with 41 points on CB from four other players. The team average went to the ladies 35.1 to 30.8 the men. Progressive Totals are Men 395 and the Ladies 285. Next week is individual stableford matches with 10 points per game on top of the usual 85 points allocated.
NTP on the 11th went to Captain Miranda Gill and Ray Partridge. David Ngo took out the Club Award. In the men results Hamish Stares(20) was Runner-Up to Bill on CB with 41 points. Third was Michael Sheather(31) also on 41 from fourth Graeme Bryant(19) with 37.
