Today the first round of the Club Championships saw 32 players playing stroke & putting.. Winner overall and in B Grade was Greg Clements(16) with 83 off the stick nett 67. He wins $80. In A grade with nett 68 was Rick Wills(11) with 79 off the stick. C Grade winner with nett 70 was Darcy Pell(30).
Runners up in A Grade was Bob Glenister(11) with nett 75. Runners up in B Grade was Rob O’Halloran(20) with nett 71 from Peter Johnston(16) nett 74. Runners Up in C Grade was Chris Smith(24) nett 72 from third Bill Dredge(21) on CB with nett 72. NTP on the second was Rob O’Halloran. Putting winner was Bob Glenister with 23 putts! Club Award winner was Mark Mullaly.
Top 3 in each grade are Rick Wills 79, Bob Glenister & Mic Spagnolo 86 in A Grade. B Grade Greg Clements 83, Alan Pell 89, Peter Johnston 90. C Grade Bill Dredge 93, Chris Smith 95 and David Ngo 98.
