15 Men competed at Royal Yea Golf Course on Saturday. It was a typical spring day with wind, a little rain and sunshine all sharing the limelight at some stage. The greens had been cut a little lower and had been rolled which made them a bit quicker than usual.
Winner on CB with 32 stableford points was Greg Clements, with Rob O’Halloran second. Brian Simmons was third with 30 points. Russell Wealands was NTP on the 14th just rimming out on his birdie putt. Carl Maffei won the Club Award.
