Last Wednesday saw seven Yea Ladies set out to reek revenge for the girls recent losses in the Gender Challenge taking on 17 Men to play some terrific golf and thereby reduce the Men’s mounting 80 point lead by 30 points.
This keeps them in touch, needing to reduce the lead a further 50 points to put the apron strings firmly back on the Men to serve Lunch late next month.
Sue Aurish led the Ladies in carding a fine 41 points to beat Di Elliot with 39 points, Rob O’Halloran took third spot for the Men with 38 points narrowly beating Laraine Callander on countback. Gary Pollard was the Men’s Runner Up with 36 Points. The Ladies also gained points for having a better average score. Alan Pell played one good shot for the day to win NTP!
