Girls Draw Closer

The third round of the Gender Challenge saw the Ladies gain 55 of the 85 points available to be only 35 points behind going into round four next week. Winner of the day was Penny Britton(42) with 40 stableford points on CB from Dors Lehmann(32) second. Third and best for the Men was Michael Sheather(38) with 39 on CB from fourth Anthony Rule(25) and Neil Peterson(14) fifth. Mic Spagnolo(7) and Sue Aurisch(32) also had 39. The team average went to the Ladies with 34.7 to the Men 33.9. NTP on the 11th for the Ladies was Vicki Clements and Alan Pell for the Men. The Club Award was won by Rob O’Halloran. Current score in the Gender Challenge is 145-110.

Saturday sees a mixed stableford competition and next Wednesday will be a par event starting at 7:30am.
