A quick thanks to Club Captains, Miranda Gill and Alan Pell who do an enormous job each week in sending off the field, taking, checking the cards then compiling the results. It’s a BIG job and they deserve every Member’s APPLAUSE! Members are reminded to complete, sign and date their cards and that of their playing partner.
The Club hosts a Basic Golf Rules at the Clubhouse this evening. Wayne Rowe will explain some of the basic rules of golf and help to clarify some of those that many see as open-to-interpretation!! It truly is just wonderful to see such large fields playing golf and our members getting back together (always mindful of Covid rules) at the Clubhouse.
The Club’s website www.yeagolfclub.com.au has recently been updated. All known events for the 2021/22 season are now available online along with information about Tee Times and NTP Holes. Members, old new and prospective are encouraged to visit the website.
