Wednesday saw nine men play in a stableford competition with in form Bill Dredge winning again. Bill(21) had 38 points from second in Graeme “Wombat” Bryant (24) with 37 points. There was no NTP on the 11th and Ivor Brayley won the Club Award.
Thursday saw the Dalhousie Vets play at Yea. With rain forecast, numbers were down with only 42 players showing up! Although no rain was present, I’m sure snow was eminently close!
Best of the Yea Players were Carl Maffei and John Anstey with 34 points, Alan Pell 33 and Jeff Aurisch 31. Next Vets Day is at Broadford on Thursday the 24th May.
