Playing off a handicap of 6 Mick Spagnolo returned an excellent stroke score of 71, nett 65 to win today’s Stroke event. Runnerup, Graeme Bryant with a nett 69 was the only other to return a score of less than 70.
12 players competed in beautiful autumn conditions. Graeme won the putting with 26 putts and Peter Williams was third overall.
Members are reminded of the early start (3pm) for this Friday’s popular 9 & Dine. With some 55 people booked in, and last light before 6.30pm we encourage those playing the 4 person Ambrose event to start early.
